Located in a 10-year-old sky rise building in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia, Uptown Utopia is a renovation project designed by Annysa LaMantia Design. The condo spans 3,000 square feet with sweeping views of the surrounding city thanks to wall-to-wall windows in every room. Low profile seating from Roche Bobois and Ligne Roset, which makes for unobstructed sight lines, is paired with reflective surfaces that result in a glam + sophisticated interior.
A massive porcelain panel was installed in the living room helping to disguise the TV and a hidden door leading to a bedroom suite.
A Tom Dixon Melt pendant chandelier hangs above a Minotti Morgana dining table, both of which are reflected in the adjacent mirror-clad column.
Floating Robern vanities with integrated lighting were installed in all of the bathrooms, with the master bathroom also receiving a new walk-in shower and freestanding tub.
The master bedroom features Armani Casa wallpaper in a soothing green color palette with simple yet lush bedding.
A custom bench and hide rug in the guest room are from fashion designer Mimi Plange.
